::Terrible communication. I booked a room in this property. But I regret it so bad. I send them several messages. There is no response. They ignore you completely. I would not recommend this place at all.

::Pros: We were pleasantly surprised with the room - bigger and prettier than in the pictures! They had everything we needed - AC was great, TV (and channel options), power outlets, bathroom stuff... Both rooms we had had a great view to the lake. The staff also helped us with ordering a taxi ride to the airport in the morning. Cons: Sometimes noisy, but that's unavoidable considering it's Flores. You can close the windows and put on AC to reduce it.

::Tried the Hilachas, was okay. Prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, the restaurant is nice,with a nice vie wof the lake.
