  Very nice hotel I was staying on 7/25/2021 in rooms 101-102-103-104 with my family ... the reception was very well attended the restaurant very well, but we forgot a JVC speaker a new suit and a The cleaning lady did not report it, sad because we realized and we called reception right away and we returned and she had already cleaned and said there was nothing 😏😏

  The beds were uncomfortable. The guy at the reception tried to overcharge me. The food at the restaurant was mediocre. The window in my bathroom was busted out, so there were mosquitoes in my room. I'm not sure why this place calls itself a resort. Maybe because it has a pool. I wouldn't stay here again if someone paid me.
