::We went here for lunch, based on my teacher's recommendation. I think they have several locations, we went to the one in 4a calle, a block west of parque central. The place was packed with locals. We had the jocon and chocolate mole and we loved it. Have eaten here 1 more time after that and the quality and service has always been great.

::We went there from a number of recommendations, while the prices of our meals were a touch pricey they were quite delicious, while I can't say with 100% certainty what it was but later that night at the hostel my brother and I were both violently ill, throwing up our 100q of dinner - we should have seen the signs like the empty restaurant that things might not have been that busy, that fresh. Just be careful

::Possibly the worst place I have been to in Central America so far. After complaining about how my girlfriend is a vegetarian and that I don't like chicken, they brought us two very small, below average dishes. For 50Q, I had a couple pieces of meat in a sauce and then a couple pieces of lettuce, with a slice of a tomato and a couple other small pieces of vegetables on the side. Then, for our bill of 93q, they added on 15q for tips. Not only did the menu say nothing about automatic tips added on, the service sure as hell wasn't deserving of a 15% tip. Below street food quality for 3 times the price. I would literally go anywhere else in Quetzaltenango.
