  Things that I liked it: Good location, kids friendly, nice rooms, great view of the lake, walking distance to city market and the church, friendly staff. Things that I would love them to improve: Free water toys ( kayak, paddle boards) for guest ( you have to pay by hour for everything. Better service at the restaurant ( waited 25 minutes for a Mojito and a Cuba Libre before I decided to canceled it ), better care of the gardens and the fountains around the property. Definitely I will stay again there for sure.

  Always check your bill at the restaurant. They always add 1-2 quetzales more and make sure your drink doesn't have plastic! (apparently it's from the bagged in house ice)
