  Unfortunately a dollar type store is the main anchor. The interior is very dated and dark. It is clean though. First floor store fronts are empty and second floor have outlet type clothing and shoe stores. The food court on the 3rd level could use a power wash. When this place opened about 15 yrs ago I have no doubt the 3D murals were awesome, now one expects a spider or cockroach to emerge from one of the dusty and dirt encrusted crevices of the wall art.

  Very good hotel, one of only few good ones in the area.

  Great place to stay, very accessible if you are going to be in and out of the city. Hotel section zona 10 is nice but its hard to be in and out. Tikal Futura needs to have a business center office like foe business people, otherwise is nice.

  Very big place, they have restaurants and nice comfy beds and couches

  The place is awesome clean educated people i like the stablish you are in a place were you can be safe and on top of that there is a hotel shpping stores food and everything works.
