::Wow, What a terrible service, they overcharged for damages that the car already had, not to mention customer service, if you can call it that. People extremely rude, entitled and not professional at all. Go somewhere were else if you can. Special mention to the worst customer service that I ever encountered to Carlos Mejia and Erika Gonzalez, they went out of their way to make our experience as miserable as possible.

::Excellent Service, we have been going to the same rental facility because the staff us super friendly and easy to deal with. There are cheaper places but for us the service is very important, we will keep coming back.

::My parents were there today. Absolute the worst experience ever. We reserved the car a few months ago. They show up today and the car wasn't ready. We had rented a 2016, 12 person van. The tires were basically a piece a paper! You could tell the tires were so worn out. Which is a huge liability. They finally said they would change them. 3 hours later they come back saying that the website didn't charge us insurance for the car and that it would be an extra $300+. We have our receipt where it shows we had already paid for the insurance. I'm assuming they just wanted us to pay for the new tires. My aunt then asked to look at the contract and the guy wouldn't let her see it. I'm assuming they are doing some shady stuff at this place. We then ask to just cancel our service and they said it would be $1300 to cancel. Because we would have to pay for the time we had reserved the car, cancellation fee and who knows what else they decided to charge us. Our original total was suppose to be around $600. My dad then checks his bank account and they charged his credit card the $1300. We called our bank and they said they would take care of it. We plan on calling corporate to have them investigate this shop. Everything about it was so shady. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THEM. We ended up going with a different rental company and their service was absolutely amazing compared to this place!
