  Hum? Well great staff, good food and new linens. However hotel is older and there are a few issues with sanitation due to this fact. Overall it is a welcome stay. Need to remove the carpet in the rooms

  Relax, music and food. Very good people to meet and to have fun with! Also a family place.

  one for all: you should pay for the shower gel. in this hotel you have to pay 1 USD for each small bottle of shower gel. That's ridiculous. Never heard such a thing in my life. Unbelievable

  Location and service. The room was fine good size but not window. With window 5. The rooms need new floors. Laminate isn't a good idea. Should be tile. But would stay again

  Staff was amazing!!!! Breakfast on point! My husband and I stay for 3 weeks and everything was fabulous. Franz Estrada helped me booked my days and he was so helpful we actually got to see each other in person and talked about our stay and how pleased my husband and I were. Everything was so clean and well organized. Staff always with a nice welcome or a good morning or afternoon. Receptionist was helpful to get a taxi. Definitely coming back to this hotel when I get to go to Guatemala again Thank you Franz Estrada for everything. Thank you to all the staff.
