  Customer service is bad. It seems that now they only focus on commerce and not quality service. Several areas are dirty (hair on floors and benches), lack of maintenance.

  I have been sitting for almost two hours waiting for my daughter to be taken care of and pay the same as the others, eh I queued just like the others and I still do not pass but I see that all the others pass and pass still having arrived almost an hour later .. .. amazing that being a private entity they attend so badly
