  The Hotel Utz-Jay was wonderful. The grounds were not only clean but had a great tropical garden throughout. They have a restaurant on site that serves good food. The rooms were spacious and had a private bathrooms(with hot water). We rented 3 single rooms. ( paid a total of about $75 US for all 3 rooms!!) Each had a queen and a twin bed and were nicely furnished with local flavor. They have a private enclosed jacuzzi for rent, and also had two massage tables on site. There is parking if needed and only about 100 meters from the main strip in town.

  We made a mistake with our reservation (accidentally reserved for the same day instead for the next one). The staff was extremely helpful and helped us move it to the day we actually needed it without any extra fees or issues. The rooms were fairly simple but with some lovely details, and quite clean. The garden area in which all the rooms are is quite beautiful and was a pleasant surprise.

  Clean, spacious rooms with a very friendly staff. A couple of blocks away from the lakeshore and half a block away from the main road.
