::TINY rooms, didn't have space to even open my suitcase. The rooms are also very dark with no natural light, and no window in the bathroom. Paper thin walls- in our (thankfully) short stay, we heard people talking on their phones outside our room late at night, the front desk phone ringing, water moving through pipes in the building and best of all- a couple upstairs who seemed to be having the absolute time of their lives in bed. When speaking to the hotel staff we were offered a meek apology, and nothing else. This should be a place where people can relax, and it is anything but. What a great shame.

::No complaints at all. Stayed here Christmas 2018. From Fort Lauderdale, FL. Small rooms but enough for two, which we didn't stay in enough to be inconvenienced. BEST LOCATION for the small price. Close to many restaurants and local vendor selling authentic handmade crafts. Hotel Casa Santo Domingo is 3 min walk (THIS HOTEL IS A VACATION ON ITS OWN). Will stay here every time I go back for sure.Transport to and fro airport IS worth the small price.

::Pet friendly!!!!! So grateful to find a place to stay in the city that made my kitty feel welcome! They have a lovely patio garden with a waterfall that my cat lounged in during the sunny hours. At one point my cat was missing and when the staff found him they kindly put him in our room with some food. So when we got back to the room we found kitty safe and sound. Thank you!!!

::We had a great stay here. I think that this hotel fits the area very well. After visiting a few remote villages in Guatemala where comfortable beds and water was limited, Las Cameilas Inn was great. The beds were comfortable and our room was clean. The staff there were also super nice and was great with giving suggestions on places to see and eat. The second floor patio area was really nice and we were able to see the volcanoes really well. The patio and outdoor seating felt very homey and relaxing. The breakfast they served there was delicious and was very fresh. The only thing to note is that due to the size and openness of the building, voices echo really loud throughout the hallways.
