  Sandy raxon was very helpful and very personal. One of the best hotel in Guatemala. The staff very polite and genuine.

  Practical business hotel well located next to Reforma Avenue, with a choice of restaurants and malls nearby. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. They have all amenities including coffee facilities and wifi. There is a bar with happy hour, burgers, sandwiches and salads. The gym is ridiculously small and useless, no treadmill.

  Rooms are a little dated. Parking was safe. The breakfast was the best.

  Nice staff. Very clean room.
