::No security footage neither room service when it comes to food, cleaning and hospitality good service here is non existent. I do not recommend this place at all, personally they treated me without respect. Just to finalize it the maintenance guy from the room stole my personal documents, including my passport and my American Visa and refused to gave me any names or even the poor security footage cameras they have. It’s seriously disappointing for a 4.5 hotel. My person will never go back to this place called “Hilton” which has been the worst overall stay I’ve had in my life.

::Its a really nice hotel! Rooms are very spacious, during this pandemic they will clean your room every other day. Breakfast its very tasty, but if you acquire the Hilton Honors room & breakfast, they will give you the same food everyday. Another thing that worth pointing out, is that they don’t have any available masks for costumers, which I believe, is a must. It s not wheelchair accesible due to several steps in every single floor
