  We booked tours on a sunday (when they were closed) for Monday, Tuesday ect. After booking I noticed you had to contact 48 hours before the tour, to my surprise I recieved an email sunday night with Monday pick up time. They were just great to deal with and the tour guide (Willie) was great. We asked to go off trail, he said sure, and off we went. Great experience, would highly recommend

  Worst experience ever. They don't respond to messages or calls. They cancelled our tour with no warning. Nearly ruined our vacation and experience here in Guatemala. They need better customer service. Wouldn't recommend them at all.
