  A-amazing hotel. I love, love, loved it. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast was a variety each day. Security is very high here for the guests which made me feel safe each time. I stayed on the 9th floor and my room view towards the mountains was exceptional. They deliver the newspaper each day which was great. Only thing is they need to have more staff working on weekends for breakfast it get really busy that there was no food for the rest of the guests. Some were waiting on tables being clean & emptied, others were eating the left overs while standing, & i even saw a lady waiting around with both plates on each hand, that is unacceptable. Other than that hotel amenities includes 2 complimentary drinks per guest per night with snacks. They have no office to print tour vouchers so be aware. Their pool area was great during the day and on a weekday. It was always busy on weekends, such a pain. I stayed here recommended by my sister who stayed here before me & i would definitely be staying here again if i go back again to guatemala. They offer complimentary shuttle service to & from the airport which is like 15 mins away. Very convenient.

  Helpful staff. Beautiful rooms and facilities. Loved the pool and gym. Restaurant was excellent. Would be back in a heartbeat! Enjoyed having the shopping center an elevator ride away.

  Great ameneties and good service overall, security is great despite being a heavy traffic area.

  A very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Shopping possible around. Near airport. Large rooms, silent and clean. I will come again.

  The fact that it’s been over 10 years since I visited this establishment and still remember how amazing it was is truly remarkable. I’ve stayed at so many hotels and I honestly couldn’t tell you which one I stayed at last month let alone 10 years ago. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful with everything I needed, I specifically remember Byron from those years ago because he was one of the kindest people I’ve met throughout my travels. The pizza that was served by the pools and hot tubs was by far the best pizza I’ve ever had and got me to eat things I’d never had before, I ended up having that a few times during my visits to this establishment. I came around Christmas and the Christmas tree was beautiful and something I was not expecting but was very happy to see. I can confidently say that staying here helped make my trip even more enjoyable because of the looks, hospitality, and overall wonderful culture that was implemented into the entire establishment.
