  Tourist: if you want to mail postcards abroad it's around 14-17 Q per postcard. You need to go pay at Ban Rural which opens at 10am only,l a few blocks away, come back with the receipt. So be ready to waste some time 🙃

  Useless. As of 2021 January, still no international stamps or mail service! Can’t even mail postcards.
