  Terrible. Claro used to be great but now the internet service automatically signs you up for the longer services (and lower quality services) if you deposit more than 15 quetzales. This happened to me several times. Attached is the last. I deposited 150 quetzales as I wanted to get one day service with 1 gb per pay. Instead I was signed up for the 15 day service with a total of 8 gb. Somehow this amount was used in less than one day! So I payed $20 for less than one day of service and I was asleep for most of this time. RIP OFF!

  Podrian mejorar la atencion al medio dia es muy lento y es cuando mas personas vienen aprovechando el horario de almuerzo!!! Espere 55 minutos para q me atemdieran en 2
