  Don’t try to withdraw with MasterCard here. It won’t work and may at worst charge you fraudulently. Try BAC bank (they don’t have an atm, but you can get cash inside the bank with your credit card and passport). It’s the only bank where you can withdraw cash with a MasterCard around here.
