  If I could give a -star review I would. I payed in full for 2 pieces of furniture. They told us our furniture would be delivered to our house that coming Friday. The Friday passed and we didn't receive anything. I then called them to ask what was going on. With zero costumer service skills and unable to talk to a manager I was told that one of the products which I had already paid for was no longer available and we would need to return to the store to get our money back. This being an hour and a Half each way. Finally we made it to the store to get our refund. There we were able to talk to a manager who did nothing at all to help. After finally sorting our refund we were insured our other purchase would arrive the coming Friday again. Of course it didn't. So after now 3 weeks we again had to call the store to find out why our other piece of furniture would be delivered. Again no costumer service. Finally we were contacted and told they couldn't guarantee delivery for another 3 weeks minimum and the agent recommended we just get a refund. We chose this option as we do not want to support such unorganized and incompetent business practices. I will be sure to inform all friends and community members of the terrible service this company offers. It is sad that such a large company cannot fulfil a basic task. I would rather support a company like Walmart as they can at least offer refunds without returning to store and waiting a month.

  Pésimo para comprar muebles no los entregan el dia que ofrecen y ellos disponen el horario de entrega aunque no se adecue a las necesidades del cliente.Cuando uno llama para pedirles ayuda no responden las llamadas los vendedores

  Me gusta muchísimo el surtido de Siman y la calidad de sus productos, su servicio puede mejorar mucho. Sería bueno si sus cajeros sonrieran.
