  If you don't want to be left in the middle of nowhere then I would not go with this bus company. I bought a ticket at the office at the official bus terminal in Guatemala city from Guatamela city to Flores. Was around Q210 and left at 10:30am. When leaving they weight my bag and wanted to charge me Q20 more for bag. But some how at end they gave me money back. For this price you get what you paid for bus was a bit old but nothing disastrous just cacroaches running around. By about 5/8 of the trip bus stopped and a passanger spoke English and told me we need to get off bus go other side for transfer. I got off bus quickly got my suit case so I don't loose the English speaking passanger tried to ask driver what's going on he pointed to the guy with 2 other passengers so off I went. There was a village conflict and road was closed with cars backing up for 1/2 km. Was pick black with once in while some drivers turned lights for us. I asked the guy where we going he said need to cross conflict and catch another bus. Walked about 25 min guy said not to wheel suitcase not to attract attention so picked up our suitcases and crossed conflict point, then the guy saw his friend with a pickup truck waiting for traffic to clear. He and the 5 other people got on the truck with me and two other guys on back. Started driving luckily I had my hoodie with me because it was late evening and cold and truck was wet and sitting on wet surface was not fun and going 100km. We got to flores and got off and walked rest way. As a non Spanish speaking person left out in the middle of no where initially was not fun, very irresponsible company. How can you let your customers out in middle of nowhere. Very poor care and wellbeing of their customers. I figured I take same bus company back to Guatemala city because how bad can it get, we'll lets say it did. I left a 2nd negative review.
