  Mala experiencia, son unos ladrones te cobran más de lo que es. no los recomiendo busquen otras opciones

  He rentado carros en esta compania por varios anos y no he tenido ningun problema, solamente en una oportunidad parece que hubo una rajadura en el bumper que originalmente no estaba al principio cuando saque el carro de la rentadora. Cuando he necesitado que me busquen en el aeropuerto, siempre han estado ahi puntualmente y siempre han demostrado cortesia. Creo que es buena idea tomar fotos antes de salir de la oficina para comparar o prestar bastante atencion cuando se revisa el carro por todo tipo de rayones y pedir que estas se detallen en el reporte. He rentado en otras companias y ha sido mas costoso y en Avis una vez me cobraron de mas y tuve que pasar horas en el telefono, llamando dese USA para arreglar el problema con ellos y la tarjeta de credito. Lamentablemente siempre se tiene que firmar un voucher en blanco cuando se hace el contrato, al menos en Guatemala.

  LADRONES! Inventaron un golpe que JAMÁS tuvo el carro que alquilé, justificando que mi foto no evidenciaba que ese era 1 golpe existente y me robaron 400 quetzales! MEJOR PAGUEN TAXI O UBER!

  WORST Experience Ever. NO RENTEN EN TALLY!!! Radrones. Si rentan tomen bastante fotos de todo el Carro, arros, bumpers.. If you plan on renting from Tally Take high resolution pictures, off rims, tires, scratches, test every aspect of the car and make sure they write it all down on their report. I rented a car for 10 days when they expected It they reported rim damages and bumper scratches. I verified the picture and the damages were already there.. I showed them the picture of the rim and the inspector told me that wasn’t the right side. I had to prove my point and prove to him that it was.. He then showed me the scratched on the rear bumper . i was lucky that I had several pictures and a video of the scratches, but once I again I had to argue about that.. At the end the inspector and rental agent discussed the rim issue and they called me back, at this moment he showed me that the rim had yellow Paint.. that paint wasn’t there when they initially showed me the damage.. so clearly they put it.. I had no choice but to pay the rim Damage. NEVER again will I rent from them.. At the end. The Rental agent had the nerve to mention that it was impossible that in 10 days I didn’t get any damages done to the CAR.. So clearly they try to scam you the best they can.
