::Simply an incredible hotel, I cannot recommend this place enough. * The rooms are incredibly beautiful - Well appointed interiors, careful attention has been paid to every detail, very comfortable beds, and everything was beautifully cleaned every day. * The staff is so very very helpful and friendly, and they put up with my broken Spanish, very helpful and trying to get anything and everything I needed. * Food is exquisite - having a full restaurant inside the hotel was an incredible treat, every night at dinner was a very luxurious experience. This restaurant is the place to come and Guatemala for engagements and all sorts of special events for generations of people, people drive down from Guatemala City just to eat at this restaurant. So for me to be able to have dinner here every night was an incredible honor and treat! I can't wait to come back and stay here again!

::It was a good stay! Most of the staff is attentive and polite, except the waiters. I would say I would give the restaurant a 2/5 stars because the waiter tipped himself without our consent pretending he was charging for bread. When we questioned the host, she assured us bread was included with our breakfast. I do not appreciate this kind of behavior because we had already tipped him. Just always watch out for your receipts and the money you get back!

::Very good! We enjoyed the restaurant and the food. The service was great. This was a little pricey but well worth it. Highly recommend this restaurant!
