::Very nice family hostel. It has places for around 10 guests and there is a common kitchen and a rooftop where you can meet and tall with your fellow travellers and the tenants. They always have good stories to tell about life in Petén. They do not offer a food service but they know the town by heart and can help you find the restaurant of your dream or even order in. Note that they have cats if you have allergies, they are pretty friendly though.

::Good place to stay for a few days, helpfull owners. Would recommend some hooks in the bedroom for towels etc. to dry.

::Cold showers that wasn't clearly advertised when I was booking. Lots of ants. It was hard to find items in the kitchen. Very nice family.

::Thank you so much to Maya Luna for a great stay. It is great value for money and has all you need. The kitchen is big and well equipped, there is a rooftop terrace where you can wash your clothes, it's in a great location, the rooms are clean and well ventilated but what makes it unique is the kindness of the owners. The owners are a mother and daughter, who are a real team and are happy to help you out with advice, a general chat, or whatever you need. It's a truly Guatemalan business which means you get all the inside knowledge and you know you are supporting local people. Loved staying here! Thank you for everything.
