  0 recomendado te venden cosas que ni siquiera tiene en inventario y para mal de males te tienen que ya te llevan los artículos cuando en realidad no existen en bodega y después se les reclama y ni atención ponen solo se limitan a decir que devuelven la llamada, cuenta con una persona de atención al cliente que ni atención le pone al cliente son lo peor ...

  No lo recomiendo. Especialmente el pésimo servicio ofrecido por la tiende de pradera concepción. No cumplen lo que ofrecen. Cero recomendado

  ATENTION!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!! They are liars. I got a new house so I bought so many furnitures such as sofa, cabinets, lightings and so on. They NEVER came on time for delivery. I bought so many products but still I need to pay delivery fee. Also I paid some furnitures on November they didn’t bring me until now(end of January). They told me they will bring in December. They sent me several items in very bad condition. I paid for new products, but they sent me used one, so I had to return it. The sales person(vededor) always are kind when I tried to buy something. I bought mirrors too because they explained me I can hang mirrors any direction, but when they brought my house those mirrors could only one direction, so I had to return and I wanted refund my money, but they told me I couldn’t get refund. Still some of my products didn’t arrive guatemala either. I hate this company. I fully regret to buy in this company. I spent so much money to fill all my house and How did they treat a customer like this shit?
