  Terrible service, no social distancing. They do not have card payment, nor is it easy to give change, the staff remains in a bad mood, and if they make mistakes they blame the customer. If I would have put it -5 stars.

  It is the worst company in Guatemala and in the world, terrible service, terrible staff, the security person thinks the owner of the place forgets that thanks to the customers they have work to eat, I had a bad experience at the Xela Agency. This dtras of the school La Patria, I do not recommend it to anyone, let's look for better alternatives this company should disappear they are a shame. They don't deserve any stars.

  They never answer the phone. I am currently on a call for 20 minutes on hold. I don't know what they have staff for if they don't attend.
