  No help and RUDE. They love to hang up the phone on you too 👍 Oh and lets not forget they don't care that your dying mother in the US is hoping to see you one last time because its been YEARS since you last saw her. No compassion.

  As the US sponsor of a 15-year old bilingual middle school student who has previously traveled to the US I was extremely disappointed to have his recent visa application be denied. He was enrolled in a summer camp in Pennsylvania. He was going to go for three weeks with a school pal during their mid-year break but this same embassy who has issued visas to any number of corrupt politicians denied his application and, of course, kept my $160. The boy was given a paper, however, inviting him to pay another $160 and apply again. Is the embassy nothing more than a fundraising organization?

  Bien estrictos con todo, si usted está aplicando para residencia de visa, baya un día antes de su entrevista y lea las instrucciones que tienen afuera le ayudará bastante... no le de sus papeles a los tramitadores que están afuera de la embajada, porque le pueden robar su dinero.

  Los asuntos internacionales con Estados Unidos de América, se arreglan acá, cuando quieres sacar la Visa, vienes acá y te lo dan si demuestras que tú estadía en el país es para asuntos meramente de estadía efímera o corta, como ir a pasear y/o visitar a un familiar por una temporada corta.

  I am American I came with my grandaughter to Guatemala they have every information under the sun to proof our citizens ship yet I have to wait for them to contact my daughter to proof I didn't kidnap my gran baby omg! Don't like these people don't help give me hard time
