::Great upscale hotel in a very modern and safe area of Guatemala City. Stayed here for a week with no issues at all. I did not use their restaurant service simply because I wanted to explore the area instead. There is a variety of restaurants within walking distance from formal sit-down to low budget cafes. But once you go out of the area, you will find most of the city is old and not well maintained. Lots of traffic with lots of smog.

::Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and modern. Hotel lobby and restaurant are great. Hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to and from airport as well. Great service and friendly staff.
