Beautiful hotel! The outdoor spaces are lovely, with a peaceful fountain in the back courtyard. The “Typical Guatemalan breakfast“ is included w our stay, and is delicious! Black beans, eggs, bread, fruit, & coffee or orange juice. I added on a licuados (smoothie) with strawberries and pineapple. Refreshing. The room is just OK. Mattress is not super comfortable, and there is a lot of noise from other rooms. Plenty of power outlets for charging your devices. Water pressure is lacking, but this is Guatemala. And guest room bathrooms are connected through vent holes at the top of the wall. A little strange hearing your neighbor brush their teeth in the morning. We have an exterior bathroom so we have vents to our neighbors bathroom as well as the outside. Despite this there is not much airflow so the bathroom is a little musty. But otherwise pretty and seems clean. Parking is available on site in the back - that was a selling point for us! Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Very good private parking area for your vehicles***There is no ventilation or air conditions in any of the rooms. No windows WARM STUFFY INSIDE. Swimming pool looks like decoration not a swimming pool too small... no telephones in the rooms. No telephone to call the front desk. No bath tubs and no soap containers in shower. BETTER FURNITURES IS NEEDED some rooms very small. Very good customer service and excellent breakfast. Very good private parking for your vehicles.

I’ve stayed in many hotels in Antigua, but this hotel is my favourite one. The hotel is pet friendly, which is awesome because I was traveling with my dog. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
