  Exchanged money here, easy enough without a bank account but they are pretty rude and act inconvenienced. Also, I had a bill with a small pink ink stain and they wouldn't take it... probably typical but still frustrating. We are really white :) the guys behind the desks to the right were obviously laughing at us and making fun of us, so we felt really awkward but got done what we needed to.
