  Be careful. This tourist town is famous for ATM scams of foreign tourists. If you don’t need the cash best to wait for another town or go inside a bank to get your money. Good luck!

  Cajero 5B. Little cage, by the stairs for Nick's Place. Blue and yellow sign. Worked for me
