  Terrible, I ordered an electronic vaporizer that came with an anodized aluminum container courtesy of the store, Aeropost even sent me a photo of the entire order when it arrived in Miami but only the vaporizer arrived in Guatemala. 2 weeks and 3 calls later they send me an email saying that it was not possible to give me my "gift certificate"? Problems or inconveniences are understandable but incompetence is unacceptable.

  Lords of Aeropost. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your service and poor attention of your staff. I have had problems with the orders and with the bad attention and lack of attention also because it is called and called and does not respond in most cases. Only an annoying recording appears giving attention hours and if there is no attention, when there is bad. On Thursday I called to request change of delivery address of an order and supposedly they took the data and take it to my address where there are currently no people to meet the delivery and, the change of delivery also obeyed that they would take the order inside. It is so annoying to start shopping with you and be so informal. What they have won, is that I make a small publicity of how bad they serve in my networks so that my contacts and friends (to whom I have recommended this service) ignore my recommendation. Too bad I did not see before the comments on the page that result in this. Excuse me, but deliver the missing orders and I do not buy again in this crap of service and business.Fúrica with your business crap. The same, I will put it on your full page. They don't deserve a star. Ladies and gentlemen, do not change your suppliers that you already have because this is not worth it.

  Bad service, I made a purchase in September 2017, today December 12, an item is not received, I have called four times and they remain to investigate what happened and nothing ... pessimistic attention to customer service.
